Hinulugang Taktak

Hinulugang Taktak is a national park and a protected landscape. The waterfalls was no longer open for swimming, but a pool was contructed as an alternative. The park also offered other recreational activities like the spider web platform and hanging bridges.
For us, we were just so grateful for the park's viewing deck! Mama was able to relive her childhood memories with us! Thank God! ♥️ It would have been tiresome for Mama to have to walk all the way down near the base of the falls.

When they were kids, Mama had family picnics at Hinulugang Taktak. They would always pack our grandma's pork adobo, family-sized Pepsi, and sandwiches (spread or dairy creme)! Picnics were very common back then and families went swimming.
Our lunch today was at a restaurant in Taktak Road, just along the way to the falls.
