This is The Conceited Man from POP MART's Hirono x Le Petit Prince blind box set. It is one of the characters from Antoine de Saint-Exupéry's classic novel, Le Petit Prince (The Little Prince).

My cousin Syd gifted this to me last Christmas. It was such good timing too since I was thinking of getting one. 😆 Maybe I'll buy the book's collector's edition instead.
