Alright, Alright, Alright

Life, in general
The art of slowing down, never giving up, and trusting God in everything. These are not religious books, but they are a big help in letting go and in strengthening my faith. 🙏
- The Book of Ichigo Ichie by Francesc Miralles and Hector Garcia
- Green Lights by Matthew McConaughey
Ichigo Ichie. I should read this book once a year. It is calming. Father Leo said that children savor moments and do no indulge in bad moments. This book will help me practice that.
A Voice kept nudging me to look for Green Lights. I finally found it after a year or so, but I still did not read it until I started a new chapter in my life. This book was one of God's ways of reassuring me that everything would be alright. Everything turned out so much more beautiful than I could ever hope for.
Collectibles
- Les Adventures de Tintin by Herge. I wrote a whole other post for this! Finally completed the books (at least the ones still accessible). But I have not yet read all of them 🤣 I will try to look for other old series, like Beetle Bailey and Hagar. 🙏
Unfinished Business
- How Do You Live? by Genzaburo Yoshino (translated by Bruno Navasky)
- Christian Community Bible Catholic Pastoral Edition
I don't think I have ever completed reading all of the books of the Holy Bible, but it's never too late to start again. This is a bigger edition of our old Bible, still the same red cover. I prayed for wisdom the other day, and today I read in a post that the Holy Bible is the only book that could give us wisdom. Thank You, Lord! ♥️🎁
